The Friars Aylesford Priory from 10am to 3:45pm

This Workshop will provide the opportunity for u3a committee members from the South East to hear updates from their Council Representatives and share and learn from each other about the challenges they may have, and learn from presenters and one another,and opportunities to network. Lunch is provided.

The provisional programme includes:

- A workshop on encouraging and supporting volunteers within your u3a. We know that the issue of finding new Group leaders and committee members is an ongoing concern and this will explore some possible solutions.

- A workshop on contingency planning - ensuring that plans are in place for a u3a to continue running normally if committee members resign or become unavailable at short notice, or for other eventualities.

Initially places will be open for a maximum of two committee members to attend from an u3a, but if there are addiitonal places available we will open these up in early February.

After booking a place you will be asked to complete some additional questions. This will include the name of your u3a and if you or those you are booking for have any dietary or accessability requirements.
